Job Description
LEAPOOL has an immediate opening for the Product Development Engineer in San Francisco, US. The position will work on the design and execution of new supercapacitor energy storage modules based on different industrial applications. Works will involve assembly of essential supercapacitor components, design of assembly processes, performance evaluation of prototypes, scale-up and optimization of fabrication processes, and cost assessment of the designed products and processes. The Engineer needs to be self-motivated with enthusiasm in technical problem solving. The Engineer needs to be effective and efficient in a multidisciplinary group.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably in energy storage, automotive, electronic, or appliance related experience
- Proficient in design and engineering drawing softwares, such as Pro/E or Solidworks
- Familiar with Design of Experiment (DOE) and related troubleshooting methodology
- Good team player to participate cross-functional projects and activities
- Good written and oral communication skills

The VP of Global Sales has the overall responsibility for leading the Sales and Marketing organization, establishing global Sales and Marketing strategies and plans, overseeing customer relationship and engagement programs, providing sales forecasts, and delivering financial commitments.

- Proven experience in developing sales forecasts, business strategies, budgets, quotas, and business plans
- Proven experience in developing competitor and market analysis in supporting the short- and long-term directions to guide LEAPOOL’s product development and strategic focus.
- The position requires entrepreneur spirit, strong problem solving skills, excellent social and high tolerant mindset to interact within multi-cultural environment and maintain good working relationship
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing within the organization and external contacts.
